Tickets are $20 in advance. The first $6,000 activates the event. After that, eligible ticket sales are split 50/50 between your school and Field Dates.

Our Little Kids Zone gives Pre-K, kindergarten and younger children their own age-appropriate area, while older students and parents enjoy the bigger attractions. Nobody gets left out.
Who does what
Your school promotes the fundraiser, provides the approved venue and facility access, supports volunteers and campus logistics, runs approved concessions and booths, and follows district approval and accounting procedures.
Field Dates designs the experience, provides or coordinates attractions, handles setup, teardown and trained operators, and manages production, insurance paperwork, safety, layout and event-day operations.
Event protection
Minimum sales not reached: scale the event to the supported level, extend or reschedule, or cancel and refund under the written policy.
Weather or natural disaster: reschedule to the next available date. Valid tickets and progress carry over.
Voluntary cancellation: late cancellation may carry reservation charges, since we have held the date, staff and vendors.
No upfront entertainment payment for qualifying schools. Illustrative projections only. Final terms, attraction mix, refunds, insurance, payment procedures and approvals are governed by the signed agreement and applicable school and district policies.
